Brake – a UK road safety charity, coordinates Road Safety Week every single year in the UK from 15th-22nd November.
This years theme is Road Safety Heroes, and here at IMS we are dusting off our walking boots and will be walking 1510km as a company across the globe, to remember and raise awareness of the 1510 individuals who sadly lost their lives on UK roads in 2020.
Every year, millions of people around the UK get involved to take action for safer roads, and as a telematics company who prioritises making the roads safer, we want to join in and help raise awareness.
Wednesday 17th November
We’ve walked a huge 375.92km by end of play Tuesday – we have 5 more days to go!
Our team have been out with their pup-friends to keep them motivated!

Thursday 18th November
We joined forces in the office and got out for a stroll on our lunch break. It was great to spend some time with people we don’t usually get to see working from home, and get some fresh air at the same time!
Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st of November
We had some beautiful scenic views from our team out on their walk!
Monday 22nd November
We did it! We walked, across the globe, 1817km! We are so proud of our achievement and of every single person who got involved!
