Nick Corrie is CEO of IMS and founder of IMS holding company Trak Global Group. An economics graduate and former Royal Air Force officer, Nick established the telematics technology business Trak Global in 2009 and usage-based-insurance broker Carrot in 2011, prior to acquiring IMS in 2018.
Paul Stacy leads revenue operations at IMS, guiding a team that works closely with the world’s leading insurance companies to achieve strategic outcomes using connected insurance solutions. Prior to joining IMS, Paul founded Coverbox, a UK based PAYD Young Driver insurance product and Wunelli, a UK based telematics service provider. Wunelli was acquired by LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2014 wherein he established LexisNexis’s Global Telematics Exchange.
Before joining IMS in 2015, Bob was Telematics Director at RSA Insurance Group where he established a Group Centre of Excellence for Telematics, launching three UBI products. Bob qualified as a chartered accountant and read chemistry at Oxford University.
Nik Southworth is an experienced technology and business leader. Having spent nearly 20 years leading technology teams in building industry disrupting platforms across multiple sectors, Nik joined IMS in 2020 to drive our technology transformation strategy.
A highly-experienced CFO, Ivan trained as a chartered accountant with PwC in 1999, joining First Choice (now TUI Travel Group) before becoming CFO of LateRooms.com in 2009. He has spent a decade in various global M&A roles.
Claire is responsible for defining and leading the people agenda of our business. She has 25 years of experience across a breadth of different sectors. She joined in early 2017 having led HR and worked with Exec teams across EMEA, APAC and North America.
Prior to co-founding the group, Alan spent over 20 years in the automotive industry and fleet claims. Previous experience includes Akzo Nobel and Solera/Audatex where he was Commercial Director for 10 years and grew market share from 30% to >80%.
Andrew has over 25yrs experience of helping companies to create value through disruptive thought and creativity. Customer-centric, entrepreneurial and insight-driven. Ran an award-winning agency for over a decade, co-founded Carrot Insurance and is now responsible for all aspects of communications, marketing and customer proposition development at IMS.
Previously at Towergate Insurance, Ed joined in 2011 to found and run sister company Carrot Insurance as Managing Director. Drawing from his background in product development, Ed then joined IMS where he has helped establish a centralized Product function and solutionize IMS data and technology for insurance customers.
Joining IMS shortly after its formation, Peter is an insurance IT systems specialist who has worked with all major insurance administration platforms. Prior to joining the company, he spent 6 years at Carole Nash, the UK’s largest motorcycle insurance broker.
