What does 'Driving Change' mean to us?

As a company in transformation, to me it says that all employees should feel empowered to help drive the changes that will make IMS successful. It also speaks to how we are going to do it by changing driver behaviours with the quality of our products. So, I like that we can use this statement both internally and externally. Bravo marketing.

Personally, driving change means that I strive to improve the quality and efficiency of the areas that I am responsible for - change needs to lead to measurable improvements, rather than change for change's sake

Clear products, services. Targeted revenue attached to products and sectors. Clearly defined support services. Well developed right first time solutions. Adding value to our business collectively in a collaborative manner, driving for one clear goal.

For me, 'Driving Change' means changing how we look at challenges. By viewing challenges instead as opportunities, we will continuously improve how we achieve our goals in an open, team based environment.

It means to set the route and be a pioneer, rather than following other players. It means to make things differently and not only better than our competitors.
