Joe Griffin is the lead Actuary for Rivian Insurance Services. In this role, he leverages his actuarial background and telematics expertise to drive insurance strategies and lead actuarial-related conversations. Prior to joining Rivian, Joe was a key member of the DriveAbility team at Octo Telematics leading the actuarial filing team and guiding the analytics team in telematics scoring development. Additionally, he is a proud father of three and coaches both of his boys’ baseball and soccer teams.

Deke has over 11 years of experience in building and growing telematics businesses, as well as 12 years of experience in P&C insurance underwriting, product management, and distribution. Prior to joining IMS, Deke was CEO and co-founder of Rightmile, a commercial auto MGA that utilizes connected vehicle data to help fleets lower insurance costs and increase driver retention. Previously, Deke held the position of Senior Vice President, Americas at Octo Telematics, where he managed Octo's businesses in the Americas region. Prior to Octo, Deke was VP of Customer Success at TrueMotion (now Cambridge Mobile Telematics) and has also held leadership positions at Arity, LexisNexis, and Chubb Insurance.

Tom is a data-driven Product Management expert who joined MCA in 2020 to transform the mutual insurance industry. With a focus on leveraging data and analytics, he helps clients enhance product segmentation, drive growth, and implement innovative solutions to ensure long term profitability. Prior to joining MCA, Tom spent 13 years at The Travelers. Most recently, Tom led the Emerging Auto team, focused on becoming an industry leader in the independent agency channel for the creation, adoption, and utilization of telematics. Building leading-edge offerings that combined digital assets, third-party data, advanced modeling techniques and enhanced pricing segmentation, his work led to the growth and expansion of Travelers’ telematics program, with adoption growing over 300%. Ed runs the centralized Product organization at IMS, ensuring that IMS builds the right products and services to enable our customers to fully unlock the inherent value in the data we provide. Previously at Towergate Insurance, Ed originally joined IMS holding company Trak Global Group in 2011 to form Carrot Insurance, a UK-based direct-to-consumer digital insurance proposition, which he went on to lead for many years before moving to IMS.
